About Me

Hello!

I’m Jodi, a public health professional, Gen Z hiring manager, mental health & well-being advocate, and writer.

I created this platform because I’ve continuously seen the disconnect: young professionals trying to find their place while hiring managers try to lead effectively – but it often feels like they’re speaking completely different languages.

I’m a Gen Z professional myself, but I’ve also spent the past three years on the other side of the table as a supervisor, position coach, and hiring manager in the Health & Well-Being field. I’ve onboarded, trained, and mentored young professionals while navigating leadership from both sides. So I get it.

I’m setting out to help bridge the generational gap and make work a place to thrive for everyone.

Whether you’re a hiring manager trying to support younger talent, or a young professional figuring out how to lead yourself, I’m here to help you build clarity, confidence, and connection in your career.
